Aggressive resistance cannot break the spiral of violence

When activism becomes dominated by the obsession with aggressive resistance, it begins to crave its own use—everywhere, at every turn.

Aggression in social conflict only fuels a spiral of violence. It forces solutions under pressure, awakening new—often greater—forms of destruction in return.

Aggressive resistance is the prelude to a longer era of chaos.

When activism becomes ruled by confrontation, it starts to see aggression as the only path to change. Yet no matter how justified it may feel, aggression never breaks the spiral of violence—it deepens it. It imposes outcomes through fear, not understanding, and breeds new tensions waiting to explode again.

Change begins only when peaceful forces take the lead—when peace itself becomes an act of courage, when calm hearts step forward where loud fists once stood.

Aggression can start revolutions—but only peace can end them.

Only when peace becomes resistance can the spiral of violence finally break.
